The hotel had a beautiful ambiance with high ceilings and charming decor. The breakfast was delightful, although the bathroom cleanliness could be improved. A minor issue with a noisy party disrupted my night, but the staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay enjoyable overall.

Beautifully decorated public spaces enhance the experience.
My stay was plagued with noise issues from adjacent rooms. Despite the hotel's charm, I hardly got any sleep. The lack of soundproofing was incredibly frustrating!

The beds in my room were very comfortable, and the bathroom, while lacking a shower curtain, was functional with a drain to handle water spills. Breakfast was a standout, featuring fresh fruit, delicious pastries, and fantastic bacon. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, truly enhancing the experience.

Charming garden bar made for a great spot to unwind after a long day. Breakfast buffet offered a fantastic spread of fresh pastries and authentic options that really hit the mark.
Sadly, the air conditioning struggled to keep up, making the room a bit stuffy at times. The decor felt outdated and didn’t quite match the high standards expected for a four-star experience. Also, noise from neighboring rooms could be an annoyance depending on the crowd, which might affect sleep quality. Lastly, it would be better to offer more flexibility with early breakfast times, especially for those with early tours.

Had a great group vacation! We visited the Trevi Fountain and explored the beautiful city a lot. The hotel's location was spot on, allowing us to walk everywhere. The breakfast was a feast and the staff was super friendly! Don’t forget to drop your key at the front desk each time you leave.
One minor downside was realizing late that we had a refrigerator in our room, which would have been handy for our drinks.

Charming garden bar, Unique room features, Historical charm of the building
Wifi connectivity issues could use some serious fixing!!! The outdated decor makes the place feel more like a museum than a modern hotel. Inconsistent air conditioning is a frequent problem, leading to uncomfortable nights!!!
